Qhawe is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Qhawe holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Fort Hare and is currently reading for his Master of Laws (Constitutional & Human Rights Litigation) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Prior to establishing the practice, Qhawe was employed as an Associate Attorney in one of the leading law firms in Labour & Employment law, Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Family Law. A vast amount of hands-on experience and unique understanding of the law and related client care.
